Our company SANTOMERO Lda., was founded in 1980 in Guia, the business quickly expanded and acquired land for resale as building plots. The success made it necessary to open a larger office in the centre of the village of Guia. It was from this office that the company evolved into real estate, construction, house administration and holiday rentals.
The highly successful QUINTA DOS ÁLAMOS Urbanization was created and built by SANTOMERO. When the new, proud owners of property on Quinta dos Álamos needed a management and rental company to help them look after and maximise the potential of their houses, QUINTA DOS ÁLAMOS PROPREIDADES Lda. filled this need.
At present the SANTOMERO Group has a licensed Real Estate company – Santomero Sociadede de Medicação Imobiliária Lda and a Management and Holiday Rental company – Quinta dos Álamos Propriedades Lda. The offices are close together in the centre of Guia. Over the years we have gained wide experience and an extensive knowledge of the Guia/Albufeira area.
